In Acts 19:1-20, Luke provides us with three episodes, each highlighting different ways in which the kingdom of God is expanding via the power of the Holy Spirit. In particular, Luke is providing a clear example of what it looks like to be on mission for God through the lens of the apostle Paul.

What we see is that Paul had a strategy and was intentional with how he spent his time, but predominantly, his "being on mission" just flowed from how he lived his life. It flowed from the Holy Spirit working in and through Paul. This section of text reinforces what it looks like to "be on mission" for God.
