The school year is finally upon us, and we are super excited because youth programs are starting up again! This year, Gap Jr. (Grades 5-7) is launching Tuesday, September 9th and Gap (Grades 8-12) is launching Thursday, September 11th.
This year, we are asking parents to pre-register their students for Youth programs. This will help speed up the sign-in process on our first youth night of the year and will make it super easy for you to stay in the loop about youth events. Once you've filled out the form, you will be automatically added to our Parents Group on Church Center.
If you've never heard of Church Center or Groups that's okay! It just means you'll receive automatic reminders about youth group via email, including any cancellations. There will be an option to RSVP, but you don't need to worry about this if you're not sure whether or not your student will make it. It just helps us to have a rough estimate of how many students to expect.
Flipt is our Sunday school program for preteens, where we take things a step further from Gap Jr. in learning about God. For our first session on September 7th, we will leave lots of room to allow for leaders to get to know the new Grade 5s and others joining us for the first time. Kids can head upstairs to the Youth Center when the host dismisses the kids and preteens after the first few worship songs during our Sunday service.
