As we wrap up another season of Moments for Ladies, we are again thankful to have seen so many ladies join us for our events—many who were regular SDBC attenders, but also lots of new faces! Throughout the year we enjoyed crafting, playing games, testing our knowledge, and eating fun and delicious themed foods that had been prepared with love by our kitchen team. We were inspired to garden and paint and we learned how to take better care of our bodies, both physically, mentally, and spiritually. Our Christmas Gala and Spring Tea were highlight events for many ladies. Above all, we connected, made friends, and through our speakers' personal stories, we heard about the ways that God works in peoples' lives, and how we can all draw strength from that knowledge.
Moments for Ladies is a unique ministry that brings women of all ages together to experience fun and fellowship, but above all, to hear the important and encouraging message of God's love for us and his desire and invitation to be in relationship with us. Over the summer months, we encourage you to start thinking and praying about ladies you can invite to join us when we start up again in the fall!
