We are excited that our Mexico Missions Trip is returning to Vicente Guerrero, Baja California during spring break where we will partner with Oasis in Baja Inc to help run after-school programs for children, complete work projects, and share the love of Jesus with all those we encounter.
This trip is an opportunity for God to grow our hearts for his world and his mission. And we want to invite our church family to prayerfully consider how God might be calling you to be involved—whether by going, giving, or praying. This trip is primarily for students (grade 9+), but we're also hoping to bring other adults with unique skills (mechanical, construction, medical, education, children's ministry, etc.,) and a heart to serve.
For anyone interested in learning more about the trip, even if you don't intend to go on it, we're holding an interest meeting on Sunday, October 4th at 11:45AM in the Youth Centre. You'll be able to enjoy refreshments, ask questions, hear stories from last year's trip, and learn how you can be part of what God is doing through this one. We hope you'll come and be encouraged by the amazing ways God is at work in our world and how he might be inviting you to join him.
