About the Event

Advisors with Purpose helps individuals and families think through important questions around estate planning, wills, and legacy giving from a Christian stewardship perspective. Through their partnership with our National Fellowship, they provide educational workshops designed to help people plan well, care for their families, and think intentionally about how they steward what God has entrusted to them. During the workshop, we'll explore questions like: Why do I need a will? What happens if I don't have one? How do I prepare to make a will? What is a Power of Attorney? And how can legacy giving be incorporated into my estate planning?

The workshop will be led by Gord Baptist, who serves with our National Fellowship and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in this area. The goal is not to draft a will for you, but to help equip you to better understand the estate-planning process, organize the information you'll need, think through your intentions, and be prepared to take the appropriate next steps.

We'll gather after church on Sunday, November 8th, in the Chapel, with doors opening at 11:30AM. We'll provide a free, light lunch, and Gord will begin the workshop at 11:45AM. The presentation will run for approximately one hour, including an opportunity for Q&A.
