From Ruin to Renewal: The Gospel in Ezekiel

One in God's Hand

Passage: Ezek. 37:15-27

When we look at the state of our relationships, there are many of us who may feel that reconciling with certain people is hopeless. Maybe it's because of hurt, bitterness, or life circumstances that make unity feel completely unrealistic. But Ezekiel 37:15-27 shows us another reality—that unity is something we can confidently hope for because God's mission is to take a people as irreparably divided as us and make us one to show the world who he is. In this message, we will take time to reflect on our own relationships and consider whether people see a picture of God's unifying love when they look at us, his church. May we see that because of Jesus, we have been made one as his church and he is working even in our most hopelessly divided relationships to make us all one in his hand.
