Our staff is currently participating in IMPACT 2024 (April 17th to April 20th) in Penticton. If you're unfamiliar with IMPACT, it is an annual convention of the Fellowship Pacific—a network of churches that share similar mission and theology. At this convention, we worship together, conduct important business of the Fellowship Pacific and Northwest Seminary & College (as this is our Annual General Meeting), hear from quality keynote speakers, and participate in educational seminars. This is a great professional development and networking opportunity for our staff, and it is also a chance for us to invest in "meaningful connections" within our own staff and in the Fellowship family.
Because the convention is in Penticton this year, we will use this opportunity for team building and treat it as a mini staff retreat. We are connecting meaningfully while we travel together, and this casual way of connecting is especially important for us as a staff as we welcome a new staff member (Vladlen) to our team. Please pray for us as we participate in IMPACT; that God would use this opportunity for us to stay united and focused on the mission. Our prayer is that our staff will return from this trip refocused and rejuvenated for God's work in our church family.
