Our staff is heading out to Sunnybrae Bible Camp immediately following the worship service on Sunday. We will be participating in the Ministry Workers Family Camp at Sunnybrae Bible Camp (near Salmon Arm), which is a week of family camp offered to ministry workers in Fellowship Pacific churches. Pastors Jayson and Paul participated in this camp last year with their families, and it was a special time of resting, connecting with each other's families, and networking with our Fellowship Pacific team.
This year, we decided to participate in this retreat as a staff. These opportunities to share life, connect deeply with one another and our families, and to do things outside of our work context help us to build strong relationships within the staff, which is hugely beneficial for our church family. Our staff's commitment to one another and our investment of time to build strong relationships have contributed to the unity and stability of our team. We are blessed to have these opportunities, and we thank God for the joy with which we serve alongside one another on this team! This camp is offered by Sunnybrae Bible Camp in partnership with the Fellowship Pacific, and we are truly thankful for this opportunity.
In light of our staff's absence from our campus, our church facilities will be closed next week (August 4th-8th). Enjoy your week, and we will see you when we get back!
