South Delta Baptist Church belongs to a network of churches called the Fellowship of Evangelical Baptist Churches. We are partners in fulfilling the gospel mandate together as brothers and sisters in Christ spread out all throughout our nation. The Pacific region of our Fellowship of churches gathers once a year for a convention called, “IMPACT Convention.” This convention is being held on April 26th and 27th at Sardis Fellowship Baptist Church. At this two-day event, we will cover business for our denomination and also celebrate what God is doing through our fellowship of churches in BC and Yukon. Our church leaders will also be taught and inspired by a Keynote speaker, Daniel Im, author and pastor of The Fellowship church in Nashville. IMPACT Convention also includes partner agencies like Northwest Baptist Seminary, Baptist Housing, WINGS, Camp Qwanoes, Sunnybrae Bible Camp, Vancouver Urban Ministries, New Hope Community Services, and other agencies that partner with us to participate in God’s mission. We are sending six delegates to this convention from our church, but any of our members are welcome to attend this convention without being a delegate. If you are interested in attending this event, please contact our church office to arrange your attendance at IMPACT 2018.
